Victor won 2nd place in the 18th Annual Silverton Jubilee Song Writing Contest with the songs "The Simple Truth" and "French Kiss". He performed down in Silverton, Colorado for the Festival and Song Writing Workshop to a great crowd. (click here to see pics) Mini tour to Illinois.
